• Listings can include official site, documentation, GitHub, and privacy policy signals.
• Weak or incomplete listings should remain noindex until editorial review is complete.
• Crawl and reference data support indexing workflows but do not create ratings or verdicts.

• Directory signals are assembled from public sources, indexed references, and optional owner-submitted metadata.
• Missing data does not mean a project lacks a feature, policy, or practice.
• Visible data does not mean SmartAdvisor independently audited the project.
• The directory does not publish safety scores, privacy outcome guarantees, or certifications.
